booj help

First login to MAX Center at www.remax.net. From here, there are multiple applications within MAX Center for you to access booj. Website, Campaigns, Manage Contacts & Leads, Manage Deals, Manage Listings. These all bring you to the same booj application.

The database list needs to be in a CSV file, there is a recommended template to use, linked here. Once the list is ready to import go into the booj application, open the “Contacts & Lead” page. Use the blue “Import” button on the right hand side, then choose “Import using CSV.”

Once you log into MAX Center and go to your Apps page, open the “Website” application. This will bring you into the booj application, go to the menu bar and choose “Website” then “Dashboard”. On this screen you will see an option to publish your booj website.

There could be a few reasons, but the top resolution for this question is there are filters from a previous search. If you search a criteria the next time you log in to booj that criteria still shows. Click on “Reset All Filters” on your Contacts & Leads page.

There is not currently an option for recurring newsletters. This idea has been added to the Idea Portal. One positive about agents going in each month is it gives the opportunity for an agent to read over the newsletter prior to it going out. This makes sure you are approving what was written prior to having it be in a contacts’ inbox.

You can find this in two places. First is in booj, go to Website > Dashboard. You can put your cell phone number to have this link sent to your cell, then you can easily forward that message to your contacts. You can also find this on the booj CRM mobile app. Click the menu button in top left corner then click on Copy next to “Branded Mobile App”

MLS Affiliation needs to be filled out within your MAX Center profile. Once logged into MAX Center, in the top right corner click your picture (or balloon) then “Update Profile”, choose “MLS Affiliation” on left hand side menu. Once this open find the preferred MLS affiliation, confirm it’s green then underneath you need to add your Public MLS ID. Click save then from now on your listings will automatically pull from your MLS to booj.

About Me populates from The Vault Profile. Go to The Vault homepage, click on your picture in the top right corner then “Profile”, scroll down to your Bio section and write in your bio, finally hit “Save & Close” in the top right of the window.

You can use the Testimonials button in the Marketing dropdown menu within The Vault. When you add a new testimonial choose public=yes. Then go into Web Builder, go to the top left button "Hi, Your Name" and click Manage Widgets. From this pop up window turn on your Testimonials widget. Then click "Hi Your Name" again and choose "Clear Website Cache and Logout"

After you click the 3 dots in top right corner and click “Save”, you need to go back up to the 3 red dots and click “Publish”, then log out. This will publish your updated revisions to the public page.

It could be your MLS is not connected, please email marketing@equitygroupteam.com with your MLS ID to have your MLS connected. (RMLS or WVMLS)

Go to The Vault homepage, click on your picture in the top right corner then “Profile,” scroll down to “Zip Codes” and list up to 10 Zip Codes you would like to receive leads for. Format: 97224,97225 (no spaces between commas)

As long as you enter the spouse's email into the "Email 2" field, the report will be sent out to both emails within that contact.
